Edgebrook Village Cider 2014
Village is conversation. It is about close friends, long dinners, good books and winter fires.
Apples: A blend of five varieties of 100% Hawke's Bay grown apples. Predominant cultivars are New Zealand Queen, New Zealand Rose and Pink Lady.
Fermentation: A mix of wild and cultured yeasts were used. The ciders were chilled to stop fermentations in order to retain the perfect balance of natural sweetness.
Tasting notes: In the traditional English western counties style, our Village cider is lively and fresh with rich red apple flavour and lingering soft tannins.
Sold in traditional, clear English Cider bottles - 500ml.
