2014 Festive Festive is fun. It is about parties, picnics, long summer days and laughter.
Apples: A blend of five varieties of 100% Hawke's Bay grown apples. Predominant cultivars are Ballarat, Braeburn and Pink Lady.
Fermentation: Our Festive cider was fermented long and slow to accentuate aroma and flavour. Fermentation was halted to retain a hint of sweetness.
Tasting notes: In traditional English eastern counties style, our Festive cider is abounding with fresh, crisp, green apple aroma and flavour. It is refreshing with a hint of melon and tangy sherbet, and finishes just off-dry.

Apples: A blend of five varieties of 100% Hawke's Bay grown apples. Predominant cultivars are New Zealand Queen, New Zealand Rose and Pink Lady.
Fermentation: A mix of wild and cultured yeasts were used. The ciders were chilled to stop fermentations in order to retain the perfect balance of natural sweetness.
Tasting notes: In the traditional English western counties style, our Village cider is lively and fresh with rich red apple flavour and lingering soft tannins.

2014 Orchard Orchard is tradition. It is about heritage fruit, vintage cider making and glasses full of character.

Fermentation: Our Orchard cider was fermented with mostly wild yeasts in a mix of tanks and seasoned French oak barrels.
Tasting notes: In the English West Country style, our Orchard cider is complex, rich and tannic. Soft and voluptuous with a hint of smokiness, this cider is seductive and moody, brimming with character.
